The Community Education Program brings community members together to learn about the topics they are curious about. This can be in the form of Learning Circles led by an enthusiast about that topic or Workshops led by experts who want to share what they know with interested community members. PROGRAMS: MARCH 2025

Facilitator: Glenicia Mitchell

  • How to personalize your well-being approach
  • Understanding the root causes behind your illnesses
  • Your own personal tincture made from local bushes

With over 15 years of experience in culinary arts, food microbiology, and holistic health, Glenicia’s journey is deeply personal. After facing severe gut health challenges while homeless and pregnant in 2019, she transformed adversity into expertise, dedicating herself to helping others heal through personalized nutrition and metabolic health strategies.

Driven by science and innovation, Glenicia has developed DNA-driven wellness programs, functional foods, and holistic coaching systems that empower individuals and corporations alike. She has been featured at InvestFest, American Sesh, Sint Maarten Carnival, and the DOXA Business College Nigeria, using her expertise to educate and disrupt the traditional health and food industries.

At Nourish Nook, her mission is simple: to bridge the gap between science, nutrition, and accessibility—making personalized wellness solutions available to all. Whether through high-ticket coaching, corporate wellness programs, meal plans, or AI-driven health tools, Glenicia is pioneering a new era where health is personal, science-backed, and transformative.
